1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on 456win, making any deposit, placing any bet, or accessing any casino game available on the platform, you confirm that:

• Have read and understood these Terms and Conditions in full;
• Has legal capacity to enter into contracts in Brazil (18 years of age or older);

• Date of birth;
• An active personal email address;
• Mobile phone number with Brazilian area code (DDD).

456win reserves the right to request additional documentation for identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) at any time, especially before processing withdrawals or in cases where irregularities are suspected. Accepted documents include national ID (RG), driver's license (CNH), passport, and proof of address.

The user is responsible for keeping their password confidential. Any activity carried out on the account is the account holder's responsibility, except in cases of proven security breach reported immediately to 456win support.

3. Eligibility and Restrictions

456win is restricted to users 18 and older residents in Brazil. The platform does not accept registrations from minors under any circumstances. Any suspicion of use by a minor will result in the immediate blocking of the account and funds being held until the matter is resolved.

In addition to the age restriction, the following individuals are prohibited from using the 456win platform:

• Immediate family members of the employees listed above;

456win may, at any time and at its discretion, request eligibility confirmation from users, including identity verification, proof of address, and declaration of the source of funds for amounts above certain thresholds.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All amounts on 456win are processed exclusively in Brazilian reals (BRL). The platform accepts the following payment methods:

• Pix — available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays. Credit in under 1 minute;
• Boleto bancário — processed within 1 business day after clearing;
• Credit and debit card — Visa and Mastercard;
• PicPay and Mercado Pago;
• TED Transfer — Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, and other Brazilian banks.

The minimum deposit is R$ 20.00. There is no maximum deposit amount, but transactions above certain thresholds may require additional identity and source-of-funds verification, in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.

The withdrawals are processed exclusively to a bank account or Pix key registered in the name of the 456win account holder — transfers to third parties are not permitted. 5. Sports Betting Rules

456win offers Sports Betting across more than 50 sports, with a strong focus on Brazilian football (Brasileirão Série A and B, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, Sudamericana, and state championships), MMA and UFC, basketball, volleyball, and the major European leagues. The following rules apply to all bets placed on the platform:

• Confirmed bets are final. Once a bet is accepted by the system, it cannot be cancelled except in the situations outlined below;
• Betting on games cancelled or postponed for more than 24 hours are fully refunded as free balance;
• In accumulator bets, the cancellation of one event results in the odds being recalculated with the cancelled selection removed;

• Each user is entitled to a welcome bonus per registration. Duplicate accounts or the use of third-party details to claim multiple bonuses will result in cancellation and a permanent block;
• The bonus is credited to the account as bonus balance, separate from the real balance, and must be wagered the indicated number of times (rollover) before it can be converted into withdrawable funds;

• Bonuses not redeemed within the stated validity period are automatically cancelled with no compensation;

9. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

Use of 456win must be personal, individual, and legitimate. The following are expressly prohibited:

• Colluding with other users to manipulate outcomes or artificially exploit markets;
